I started my fitness journey with urja gym world, it is one of the best gym in madhyamgram , I know it's I get best trainer, and fitness guide, I just finding for budget friendly gym because I am a student, but urja gym is 5 in 1 they provide me fitness guide, yoga training, zumbba classes, nutrition and personal trainer, I can say more about this gym but I recommend to join this gym. Cause it's the best gym in madhayam gram area, I tried 2 more gym but I love it's service, and trainer's well behaviour, friendly environment. All the staff & the trainers are really professional as well as friendly it depends on u how u want to carry your attitude towards them. The trainers are really motivating. The owner of the gym also visit the gym to maintain it well. I've rejoined the Gym after COVID, been training under Sunny for past few months. Sunny is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging & somehow fun. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session.
