I started my fitness journey with urja gym world, it is one of the best gym in madhyamgram , I know it's I get best trainer, and fitness guide, I just finding for budget friendly gym because I am a student, but urja gym is 5 in 1 they provide me fitness guide, yoga training, zumbba classes, nutrition and personal trainer, I can say more about this gym but I recommend to join this gym. Cause it's the best gym in madhayam gram area, I tried 2 more gym but I love it's service, and trainer's well behaviour, friendly environment. I’m glad to be a part of this gym. It’s actually well maintained. All the staff & the trainers are really professional as well as friendly it depends on u how u want to carry your attitude towards them. The trainers are really motivating. The owner of the gym also visit the gym to maintain it well. Join there to stay fit & active & most importantly want to build up my strength & I’m genuinely saying that if You are dedicated to yourself you will definitely see the results with there help. First of all all the trainers are nice in behaviour and of course as a trainer as well. Ambience is alright if not better, kudos to that. A decent sized locker is provided to all the members to keep the belongings. Equipments are also of good quality. The place is air conditioned with one small washroom and one changing room. Considering all these the monthly fee is on the moderate spectrum. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this Gym to anybody. ~ Ripam P
